In this step, our experienced designers will create a detailed design scheme for your project. This will include all of the specifications, materials, and finishes that will be used to transform your space. We will work closely with you to ensure that the design meets your exact needs and requirements. The options available can be overwhelming, therefore we use our trained eye along with discoveries from international travel to source furniture and finishes, or simply as a source of inspiration. With shopping trips and visits to trade shows in London, Paris, Frankfurt to name a few, these allow our designers the opportunity to be inspired and excited by the latest trends in interior design, which we can then implement in your project. 

Many of our projects require specific expertise, so we have built up a broad range of trusted partners that we will collaborate with, as well as strong long term relationships with trusted suppliers. It takes a village, as they say!

During this final step, we'll use the highest quality materials and techniques to transform your space into your dream home. Our team of contractors, be it skilled craftsmen, decorators, plasterers or electricians will begin construction and installation of your project. We will work tirelessly to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Once the project is complete, we'll conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the results.
